Endometrial cancer is also known as uterine cancer, cancer of the corpus uteri, uterine corpus cancer, endometrial carcinoma.
Signs and symptoms include vaginal bleeding, abdominal symptoms (eg pain, bloatedness, distention, change in bowel function), pelvic pain, early satiety, and change in bladder function.
Endometrial biopsy is the gold standard in evaluating endometrial neoplasia.
Management of endometrial cancer should be divided based on risk, disease stage and patient's desire for fertility.
